Mô tả công việc
JOB LEVEL: 1-YEAR EXPERIENCE OR NEW GRADUATES
* External: customer and factory about production plus shipment communications and quality assurance
* Internal: sales coordinator/team leader/direct manager-Vietnamese, quality manager-Korean, and other team members-Vietnamese
Details:
1.Mainly input new orders from Korea and reorder from the customer to update in the shipment schedules daily.
2.Mainly contact with the customers to confirm the packing labels
3.Follow up to confirm packing detail before export customs procedure.. based on the updated shipment schedule
4.Update shipped qty at day-end
5.Release shipping docs after export customs procedure.
6.Follow up to collect and check the bill plus debit note from the forwarder before the deadline and send to the account for our on-time payment
7.Assist to follow up pending tasks once the team leader is absent
8.Other tasks as assigned by the direct manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Must:
* Main major: A related bachelor’s in economics/English or related field under 3-year working experience
* English language: intermediate (4 skills: listening, speaking, and writing)
2. Computer skills: upper intermediate
3. Soft skills:
+ Interpersonal/communication skills: intermediate
+ Management and execution skills (decision making, planning, organizing, well-detailed, and problem-solving): intermediate
4. Others:
+ Working independently and with other team members
+ Working to deadlines and under pressure with multi-tasks and changes at last minutes
+ Having good senses of responsibility, enthusiasm,logic, and discipline
+ Customer focus and “can-do” attitude/optimistic
+ Thoughtful, hard-working, enthusiastic, and active
