*JOB PURPOSE
This position will primarily be responsible for assisting QA supervisor/s in the following areas: Production, harvesting, and sorting in the assigned farm/s
*PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A Junior Quality Assurance is expected to deliver the following key result areas:
1. Monitor and work with grower on:
a) Planting
b) Fruit care (ie. Chemical, fertilizer)
c) Harvesting
2. Implementing a project quality assurance plan to ensure that all the objectives are met and that the processes are followed as required.
3. Sampling output products and processes; comparing them against the project requirements, procedures, or specifications; and recommending corrective actions and/or process adjustments as needed.
4. Coordinate with Factories to monitor corrective and preventive actions done in farm and ensure compliance.
5. Conduct inspection and evaluation assigned farm/s.
6. Monitor collecting center to ensure quality inspection.
7. Develop growers/ Collecting Centers for Dole products to meet the commitment about high quality and safe products.
8. Support the QA Supervisor in the following:
a) Provision of training and advice about compliance, regulations
b) Collecting data for activities in farm.
9. Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/ Qualifications:
The candidate should have a university degree in Agriculture/ Chemical/ Biology/ Plant Science, or Horticulture, or equivalent education with at least 2 years relevant experience. Person will have to be autonomous, organized, communicative, trustworthy, and proactive. Strong leadership and critical thinking skills are integral in order to succeed in this position. Candidate must also have the ability to relocate within Vietnam and willing to travel including overseas. Intermediately in both English and local language and computer skills with MS Office is required.
