GENERAL WORK DESCRIPTION
1. The job description is designed for the selected staff to work on the coffee collection points in Lam Dong province in order to pre-check coffee qualities bought by the selected suppliers.
2. Build good relationship with suppliers in order to develop the supply chain
3. Develop the fertilizer business with Arabica suppliers during the off-season
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Travel to the ground on a daily basis to work with appointed suppliers to sample all bags of coffee and select the acceptable ones to be loaded on trucks to the mill.
2. Keep and storing all samples which are pre-approved on quality to make comparison at the mill
3. Provide feedback on a daily basis on the spot situation including weather events, picking status and progress, general quality available on the market, farmers and suppliers ideas etc.. .
4. Get info in live about what happens on the picking locations
5. Looking for more and increase the number of suppliers
6. Always follow Acom‘s instruction for Food safety.
7. Ensure full implementation of ISO-22000 standard, Food safety, HACCP and other policies.
8. Coordinate well with other department especially with Purchase and Quality to obtain a good working result.

JOB PROFILE/COMPETENCE
Education : College/ University graduation
Experience : 1-2 years about coffee quality, good relationship with coffee farmers is a plus
Communication : Be able to communicate in English
