Junior Project Manager

As a Junior Project Manager, you will contribute to the project success, your responsibilities include but not limited, as follows:

Deliver Excellence Quality service
- Implement working process aiming at high and consistent quality service.
- Support in overall management and co-ordination of projects.
- Support in communicating with clients/ project team to get requirements (scope) signed off.
- Support in defining and agreeing with clients/ project team regarding project plan and working process (resources, schedule, time estimate).
- Creating and ensuring project documentation (requirements, track changes, issue list, best practices, etc.) is up-to-date.
- Monitoring and report progress of projects.
- Support in managing risks and issues: have proper, on time preventive and corrective actions.
- Controlling quality: clear requirements, QA check list, spot check, etc. to ensure consistently high quality.

Deliver Excellence Client Service
- Has great care toward client’s projects.
- Deliver commitment in every single task.
- Building professional and friendly relationship with fast response and professional communication style.

Ensure that your service is Cost-Competitive
- Support in ensuring all resources are always effectively and efficiently utilized.
- Support in ensuring there is no-value-added or duplication task in your project team.
- Support in looking for a better working tool and upgrading technical expertise to increase productivity.
- Automate as much as possible.

Building up Technical Expertise
- From customer feedback identify and inform team leader of the needs for upgrading tools and skill set.

Creating Learning and Development Environment
- Gather and process customer feedback for continuous improvement,
- Participate in knowledge sharing sessions modern technologies, best practices and other areas identified as helpful.
- Demonstrate self-learning habit.

Creating Collaborative Working Environment
- Encourage coordination, respect and value differences.
- Depend on and help the others to grow.
- Spread comfortable and positive working atmosphere.
- Promote friendly and respectful attitude.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- University/College graduate.
- Proficiency in English: IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
- Experienced with PMP’s knowledge areas is a plus. Ability to adapt project management process, framework to organization’s projects.
- Good at people management skills, including: building trust, interpersonal relations, teamwork and collaboration, and managing conflicts. Very high-quality awareness and client service mindset.
- 1 years + working experience, preferably as Business Analyst or Project Manager.
- Fundamental knowledge in market research, statistics and IT background is a plus, but not required.
