Junior Project Engineer

1. Summary :
- This position will provide operational support for the Project Engineering and participate in various facility capital and repair projects in the factory.
- This position reports directly to the Project Engineer.

2. Key responsibilities and functions
• Participate in improvement and repair projects in the factory.
• Participate in developing project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans.
• Participate in determining & preparing the document for projects (drawings, specifications, estimates, quotes, bid-packages…)
• Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, resolving problem within your assignment.
• Control project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions within your assignment.
• Support in preparing project status reports.
• Submit applications and obtain any required permits for internal missions.
• Manage subcontractors in installation, make sure that all plant policies are followed.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures rules, and regulations.
• Support in Maintaining engineering project database (as-built documents, administering contractor contracts…) within your assignment.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Degree in Mechanical or Electro-mechanical engineering.
• Good knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD 2D & 3D, good at Microsoft office, Microsoft project.
• Ability to read, write and interpret technical documents (drawings, reports..)
• High sense of responsibility, customer orientation, honesty.
• Able to communicate in English
