Junior Merchandiser

The main duties for this role are:
• Weekly follow up on all deliveries by contacting each supplier.
• Pushing suppliers to minimize delay and ensure goods will be deliveried in-time follow production planning.
• Fill in & send information on deliveries to head-office.
• Instruct the supplier regarding Label & shipping marks. Control & approve label & shipping mark before shipping.
• Support to arrange for booking, packing list, invoice..) for shipping container.
• EU- Timber regulation:
+ Collect documents to verify the supply chain.
+ Translate & forward the documents to customer & keep records at office.

• Having a positive open mind, flexible on the job & be able to multi-task in a high paced environment.
• Having good communications & negotiation skills.
• Work independently but being a team player in your problem solving.
• Speak & write in English fluently & very excellent in Excel, Spreadsheet.
• Experience of working in timber and/or an environmental professional qualification is desirable.
