MỤC ĐÍCH CÔNG VIỆC/ JOB PURPOSES
- Ensure the successful rate of delivery finished products to DCs and Customers.
- Efficiency manage stock level at DCs.
- Follow DCs operational cost and ensure the compliance of environment, health and safety regulations.
- Manage and monitor transportator and 3PL warehouse supplier.
- Prepare monthly paymnent
- Other taks asigned by Logistics Supervisor.
NHIỆM VỤ CỤ THỂ/ DUTIES
Import and export
- Get vessel booking confirmation
- Prepare all neccessary shipping documents (I/V, P/L, B/L, Certificate,..).
- Establish and maintain good relationship with customer, production department, forwarder and other service companies.
- Manage Customs clearance service vendor.
Platform:
- Support Logistics Supervisor in manage D/Cs daily operation.
- Supervise Follow contracts with all suppliers of platforms.
- Make monthly required reports.
Domestic transportation :
- Support booking and monitor trucks delivering to platforms and customers.
- Make monthly required reports.

Import and export :
- Import and export process/ Quarantine process
Platform :
- Return products process
Domestic transportation :
- Finished product delivery procedure
TRÁCH NHIỆM VÀ QUYỀN HẠN/ AUTHORITY AND RESPONSIBILITY
Trách nhiệm/ Responsibility:
Import and export :
- Make sure to deliver exact information to related parties.
- Make sure to check and validate neccessary documents.
- Make sure to book vessel with correct port and deliver on time.
Platform :
- Manage inventory turnover.
- Ensure all the platform operation align with company rule and regulation.
Domestic Transportation :
- Checking orders in the system and book appropriate trucks with suppliers
- Liaise with various department in acheving plans and targets
- Follow-up with trucks
Quyền hạn/ Authority :
- Assess supplier performances and warn them in case of unefficiency.
- Propose for improvement in the usage of human resource, finance and working procedure.

- Kinh nghiệm/ Experience: 1-3 years experience related to logistics.
- Kỹ năng/ Skills : Problem solving, communication, knowing ERP is a plus
- Thái độ/ Attitude: Integrity and enthusiasm in striving for learning
- Học vấn/ Qualification : Bachelor degree
- Ngoại ngữ/ Language : English fluently (IELTS band 6 or equivalent certificate)
- Tin học/ Computing: Microsoft office (word, excel)
