Mô tả công việc
● Recruitment: Contact candidates for interview, manage & develop recruitment activities (Job posting, shortlist, test and interview,...). Build recruiting plan upon hiring request and company HR plan
● Seek for idea candidates and building hiring network, research and participate to many activities to promote recruiting good talents ( Job fair, HR events,...)
● Training: manage & develop training system (training needs analysis, making training plan/ budget, deliver Learning and Development activities, keeping training files and record)
● Attendance follow up (Monthly attendance report, follow all staff attendance)
● Participate in other HR tasks, projects, initiatives assigned by CEO and director.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
● Candidates who have at least 02 years of experience as HR department in foreign companies.
● Experience working in Recruiting, Organization development and/or training
● Focus in details, be careful with detailed and documentary tasks
● Strong written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English
● Ability to work independently
● Result-oriented, organized, and highly-motivated
● Effective planning and implementation skills
● Ability to think creatively and innovatively
Employment Package:
● Salary: $400 - $500
● Working hour: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. (1-hour lunch break) from Monday to Friday.
● Other benefits as defined in the Labor Code (insurance, annual leave, etc.)
● Quarterly bonus: up to 50% of monthly gross salary/quarter
● Equipment: Macbook Air, modern office
● Labor contract type: Indefinite contract
● Teambuilding, annual company trip.
● MVP, MVT awards (most valuable person/ Most valuable team)
● Self-management incentive (up to $50/month)
● Health check annually
● Work in an international, dynamic and friendly environment
● Salary review: quarterly
