Mô tả công việc
We are looking for a young, dedicated and enthusiastic Junior Human Resource or HR Intern, who will take responsibilities for those followings:
- Assist Compensation and Benefits (CB), support to collect and synthesize employee data
- Support preparing events that our company participated in
- Make automated spreadsheets
- Be responsible for some paperwork such as an invitation letter, employee confirmation, etc
- Support start/stop work process
- Work 8 hours/ day (from Monday to Friday)
- Other tasks (research, translation, etc)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University students/ fresh graduates in HR major, English majors, or other related majors
- Good command of English (~ equal to IELTS 6.5 or TOEIC 800)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Doc
- Able to work 8 hours/ day
- Trustworthy, careful and organized
- Shows initiative and has a strong work ethic
- Have a wide network, be active on social sites (FB, Instagram,...) is an advantage
- Basic Photoshop or Illustrator skill is preferred
- Good command of English (~ equal to IELTS 6.5 or TOEIC 800)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Doc
