Mô tả công việc
To be a part of "Happy Room", your mission would be:
>> HRIS (COMPAS, e-HR):
- Maintain information of staff on Bosch global system
- Update org. information of staff as change request from departments in alignment with Company org. structure
- Maintain org. structure for legal entity in Japan
- Give advice/support on concerns relating to wrong information or issues happened in both global and local HR systems
>> Org. chart:
- Work with relevant departments to update and release Company's org. structure in case of changes (usually on monthly basis)
>> Reporting:
- Prepare data and deliver HR-related reports on monthly basis (HC & PC report; Fluctuation report; Attrition analysis; Sickness report and others as requested)
- Manage reporting tool to make sure released data is correct
>> HR CORE & other IT related system:
- Participate in the project as a team member to build up new HR system for Bosch Vietnam
- Participate and be HR representative for other IT systems required data from HR
>> Others:
- Work with vendor to purchase required items, make payment request, support for task of whole team, etc.
- Handle tasks assigned by supervisor

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Economics.
- Preferably at least 2 years of experience in similar position
- Excellent English skills
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attentive to details, well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Hard working, dynamic, self-confident and enthusiastic
- Have commitment and result-orientation
