Junior Graphics Designer (Event)

Role: To handle creative works assigned by the company and ensure that it exceed client’s need.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Understand the agreed design briefs well
- Collaborate with managers, accounts, planners and other designers, artists to evaluate the credibility of the design and to provide solutions for possible issues relating to the actual brief of client given.
- Working with digital platforms in research-based such as website, mobile application, social media toys, etc
- Produce digital and printed marketing materials: print ads, catalogues, leaflet, brochures, banner, invitation, backdrop, standee, gif, infographic, etc.
- Produce materials for event and activation from concept to end products.
- Think creatively, are detail-oriented and are able to meet deadlines.
- Presenting concept visualization through sketches, drawings, and illustrations
- Integrating technical and visual solutions into a design concept
- Work with internal to make sure the external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality.
- Work well in a team, Account team, Creative team, IC team … and clients.
- Other tasks are assigned by the Creative Services Director.
- Reports directly to the Creative Services Director

Knowledge
• Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator and other programs needed to achieve final result
• Great sense of line and form, color and lighting, human anatomy, technical and architectural design
• Quick sketch is an advantage
• Good drafting design
Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree
English
• English communication
Experience
• Strong background and experience in graphic design with at least 3+ years of experience
Skills and competencies
• Innovative and progressive. Confident, friendly, honest, able for individual and team work
• Be creative, have a good sense of colors and dimensions. Solid understanding of branding, marketing, design, and usability fundamentals
• Ability manage a project from concept through production
• Ability to take direction well and to play well with others.
• A desire to grow your skills and experience.
