Junior Fashion Designer – Mens and Ladies Apparel

As a Junior Designer, you will work closely with the Design and Headquarters. You will develop the assortment and the collection and work towards achieving the departments visual/design goals.
- Constantly evaluate and research the customer demands and trends.
- Undertake extensive research and produce sketches.
- Develop and communicate visual information to all relevant functions.
- Constantly monitor and react to sales trends and seek new selling opportunities.
- Assist merchandising team with customer requests and to design key customer up-dates, plus process customer product packs & sample orders.

- Graduate in Fashion Design, Textiles or related discipline preferred.
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in design/ garment trims sourcing and development.
- Good knowledge on fashion trims, fabrics and garment accessories with strong sourcing network.
- Proficient in using graphic software will be an advantage.
- Able to identify fashion trends and effectively communicate with US design teams & management members closely for product trends, development and presentations.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Proactive, flexible and adaptive to changes.
- Self-motivated and independent, diligent and able to work under pressure and overtime to execute projects.
