Mô tả công việc
・After employ our company, the new employee will go to Japanese language school for 6 to 8-month. Its cost born by our company.
・The target shall be N2 or N3 of Japanese level.
・The salary for these period, company shall pay USD400～430 per month.
To have training at Japan for 5-years
・We shall dispatch this new employee to our Head Office at Japan after next Tet holiday.
・The training period at Japan shall be 5-years.
・During these 5-years, our Head Office shall give training for basic engineering in order for the trainee to be full-fledged Basic design Engineer.
・As for the treatment at our Head office of Japan, the trainee will follow regulation of our Head Office.
・After finish training course, the full-fledged basic design Engineer will return to Vietnam and work for our company.
・The cost for the flight from Vietnam to Japan shall be born by our company
・As for the necessary procedure for visa, we will do.
・The cost of apartment at Japan shall be born by our Head Office.
・At once a year, round trip ticket from Japan to Vietnam shall be provided by our Head Office.
