1. Manage programs to Build up loyalty of our Distributor
o Plan & Organize smoothly VIP Tour to top distributors with high satisfaction.
o Support to Organize & Manage Event effectively the twice Business Meeting/year to inform our strategy to partners.
o Organize YEP Event with the highest outstanding performance & bring new experiences to our OD.
o Executive smoothly Dong Hanh Program to strengthen our channel
2. Contractor Strategy
o Strategically develop new CRM system to CTR.
o Sustainable this system and define the long-term way to utilize it.
o Organize relevant activities to engage and build up our direction with CTR “From Friend to Fan”
o Support Product Applicator Team to approach and leverage our solutions directly to Contractor.
3. Retailer Approach
o Support to revive the Master Coverage Planning (MCP) for Sales team to ensure we conduct the right MCP for the right RTL.
o Upgrade the RTL Segmentation and find the way how to engage according to their segments.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor degree in business, marketing, foreign trade.
• At least 1 working year experience in Channel Management, or Marketing/Event.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat
• Super excellent in Excel could be a plus
• Operation Excellence, especially for Event/Activation field.
• Analysis and problem-solving
• Driver change and innovation
• Potential for a Strategic Mindset.
• Conceptual thinking is preferred.
• At least 1 working year experience in Channel Management, or Marketing/Event.
