Mô tả công việc
– Determine and develop user requirements for FinTech products
– Collaborate with other stakeholder teams across business units (i.e., dev team, customer, manager,..) to clarify requirements.
– Formally document and present structured requirement specifications, ensuring the definition of success is captured and the definition of ready is met prior to development.
– Support the quality assurance process by ensuring software deliverables meet the acceptance criteria.
– Market & user analysis to come up with potential products or features, related to FinTech industry

Yêu cầu ứng viên
– Interest in IT, especially FinTech, Blockchain, Cryptocurrency
– Self-learning skill is a must
– Be proactive; Able to prioritize tasks; Keep commitment
– Clear, effective oral and written communication skills
– Knowledge of general software development life cycle & Agile/ SCRUM is a plus
– IT background is a plus
