1. Job Overview:
Junior Business Analyst is responsible for understanding the client’s business needs, capturing the domain expertise that the client has, and translating this accurately into a succinct requirements document that will serve as the input to the software designers.
2. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Support to gather business and system requirements from clients
- Create flowchart, UI screens-flow, wireframe or screen mock-up
- Acting as the bridge between client and the development team as supporting role throughout sprint running.
- Work with development team to verify that all requirements of the system are fulfilled by the implementation
- Review and provide the appropriate feedback on the final implementation of the features
- Support UAT as provide user guide, testing, verifying bugs/issues reported by client.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science/IT is preferred
- At least 1 year in business analyst
- Must have strong communication skills, proven English writing and speaking abilities (must be able to write clearly and accurately)
- Experience in elicit business requirements, system requirements from product owners, end users, stakeholders.
- Experience in document and present requirements via flowchart, wire-frame/ mock-up, user stories and acceptance criteria with manner ‘just in time and just enough’.
- Competent use of the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Visio.
- Well collaborate with client, project manager and interact with development team to deliver high-quality features.
- Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Well organized with strong time-management skills
- Adaptable, positive and proactive in order to provide a great service
- Self-motivation, resilience and enthusiasm
- Self-confidence and willingness to learn
- Being knowledgeable of BABOK® Knowledge Areas
- Being knowledgeable about Managed Print Service industry; Customer Service, Sale Order Processing departments business is a plus.
- Being knowledgeable about UX principles is a plus.
- Competent use Microsoft Team Foundation Service (TFS), JIRA or equivalent tool for project requirement management is plus.
- Practice Scrum framework into software development life cycle (SDLC), play BA role in Scrum team is plus.
- Stay tuned with design trends, technologies, and best practices.

Working closely with the existing technical and operational teams in the UK and Romania, SCC Vietnam will be providing 24/7 support for critical systems in customer environments across Europe. SCC will provide an induction for these roles which may involve time in the United Kingdom. This would involve 2-3 weeks working with the existing team at our Headquarters in England.
