Mô tả công việc
- Department: Sales and Reservation of Topas Eco-lodge
- Location: Representative Office in Hanoi
- Report to: Sales Manager
*Main task:
• Process all reservation requests, amendments, and cancellations for Topas Ecolodge bookings.
• Handle OTA booking channels: Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia…
• Input and access data in reservation system
• Identify guest reservation needs, determine appropriate room type, verify availability of room type and rate.
• Explain guarantee, payment and cancellation policies to clients.
• Accommodate and document special requests assigned by Sales Manager
• Respond to questions about property facilities, services and accommodations.
• Oversee accuracy of room blocks and reservations.
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Perform other job duties as requested by Managers
• In charge of hotline over weekend rotation

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Excellent spoken and written English skill
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• 1 year experience at the similar position
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Experience in Opera PMS is an advantage

We have a beautiful mountain resort that base in Thanh Kim Commune, 18 km Southeast of Sapa, Lao Cai. Our lodge has been built by local constructors and skilled local people. Topas Ecolodge consists of 25 individual bungalows placed in a circle around the hill top. The bungalows are spacious 28.5 m2 with double or twin beds and a private shower room, and are built of natural materials such as white granite and golden hardwood.
