REPORTS TO: Area Manager in Hanoi
JOB PURPOSE
Leading sustained growth in Hanoi by developing the top Oriflame leaders and achieving sales targets.
RESPONSIBILITY
• Leading & motivating the independent Oriflame leaders
• Developing, beauty training, coaching & supporting leaders.
• Organizing events, meetings, seminars, conferences & incentive trips.
• Support sales team in admin tasks and reports
• To be a potential Area Sales Manager in the future

COMPANY BENEFITS
• Monthly products allowance: equivalent to 700k applied after probation 2 months.
• Quarterly bonus: 50% monthly salary if target is reached both in sales and expenses, applying for staff with 6 months working for Oriflame at least with average salary.
• 1 month annual 13rd salary is applied for staff with 6 months working for Oriflame at least with average salary.
• Social insurance is applied and monthly covered 31% by Company (without deduct from staff salary, staff only contributes 1% unemployment insurance as law.
• Health insurance via PVI is applied 24/24 for all staff.
• Salary is increased annual in Jan for 6 months working and up.
• Labor Union organization is set up.
• Working time 9AM-6PM from Monday to Fri, 9-13:00 on Sat.
• Working place: Hà Nội. 19 Cat Linh Str., Quoc Tu Giam Ward, Dong Da, Hanoi
• Direct report: Area Manager in Hanoi
• Salary: 400-500 USD
• Have training and Coaching skills
