• Prepare Modell families, Assemblies, Tags, Parameters
• Coordinate and manage Revit models
• Create / Modify / Update Revit families
• Prepare construction and building documents/detailing for public, commercial and residential buildings
• Maintain, create, and follow check lists to ensure consistency and quality of work on every project
• Review all work for errors and mistakes prior to releasing as complete to meet a good quality in architecture delivery product for each project phases involved.
• Update drawings from mark ups

Mô tả công việc:
• Thực hiện dựng mô hình kiến trúc và tạo các thư viện kiến trúc bằng Revit.
• Phối hợp và quản lý các mô hình Revit
• Tạo/ Sửa đổi/ Cập nhật thư viện Revit
• Thiết lập các bản vẽ kiến trúc và triển khai chi tiết bản vẽ kiến trúc cho công trình công cộng, công trình thương mại và công trình dân dụng.
• Duy trì, tạo lập và theo dõi các danh sách cần kiểm tra để đảm bảo tính nhất quán và chất lượng công việc trên mỗi dự án
• Xem xét tất cả các công việc cho các phần cần sửa và lỗi trước khi phát hành, đảm bảo chất lượng trong từng giai đoạn của dự án được tham gia.
• Cập nhật bản vẽ từ mark up

Requirements:
• Architectural Technology Diploma or Degree in Architecture
• Proficient in technical construction/ detailing and building technologies
• Communication skills in English
• 3D rendering experience, scenography or architectural industry
• At least 1-2 Years of full time Revit experience
• Ability to create and modify Revit families
• Revit model coordination
• Ability to run clash detection using Navisworks
• Basic understanding MEP
• Ability to manipulate and adapt to files created by others
• Ability to work well within a team and independently, as well as work on a number of projects simultaneously

Yêu cầu công việc:
• Tốt nghiệp đại học kiến trúc hoặc có bằng cấp về kiến trúc
• Thành thạo kỹ thuật xây dựng / chi tiết và công nghệ xây dựng
• Có thể giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh
• Có kinh nghiệm về 3D render, thể hiện phối cảnh kiến trúc
• Có ít nhất 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm sử dụng phần mềm Revit
• Có khả năng tạo và chỉnh sửa các thư viện Revit
• Có khả năng phối hợp mô hình Revit
• Khả năng chạy phát hiện xung đột bằng Navisworks
• Có hiểu biết cơ bản về MEP
• Có khả năng thao tác và thích ứng với các tập tin do người khác tạo
• Có khả năng làm việc độc lập hoặc theo nhóm tốt, cũng như có thể làm việc nhiều dự án cùng một lúc
