Junior Architect/ Architect

We are looking for an Architect with experience in various projects. In Plantec Architects office in Ho Chi Minh City;

Responsibilities
In your capacity as an Architect, you will;
1) Work collaboratively with our team in the production of architectural documents in through all stages of a project – from Feasibility study, Conceptual Design, Schematic design through to construction administration
2) Prepare accurate drafting markups from architects, designers and senior drafting personnel (a thorough understanding of construction detailing is essential)
3) Apply office-side standards to drafting assignments (layers, line weight, etc.)
4) Assemble construction drawing sets in AutoCAD including: site plans, floor plans, elevations, building sections, wall details, etc.
5) Ensure outputs meet the required quality expectations and agreed upon deadlines

* Qualifications
To Join us, you should have;
1) Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field from an accredited school
2) 1+ years of relevant work experience
1) Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3DMax, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS office
2) Required language: MUST communicate by English.
3) Strong personal organizational and time management skills
4) Eagerness to work within a collaborative team environment on high profile projects
5) Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision
6) Design and problem-solving skills as well as an appreciation of, and sensitivity to, architectural design intent
6) Excellent communication skills: spoken, graphic, and written
7) Only for Vietnamese.
