Junior Accountant

Level: Junior

DESCRIPTIONS
1. Key Accountabilities:
- Be responsible for daily company’s petty cash transactions, update accounting record in the system
- Process payments to suppliers; assist in setting up payment plans
- Issue official invoice, send to clients and follow up
- Verify and record invoices, receipts from vendors; make sure all expenses are recorded timely and accurately
- Contact with banks on issues related to business transactions
- Control account receivables and account payables; support to reconcile AR, AP monthly
- Provide information, as requested to customers and support to the sales/marketing/training department
- Assist with other accounting projects in the office
- Maintain orderly financial, accounting, tax filing system and documentations
- Update new hires and terminations in payroll system
- Prepare contracts, business and accounting documents as requested
- Perform internal audits as well as prepare information for external audits
- Any other duties requested by Senior Accountant and managers.

Reporting directly to the Senior Accountant & Chief Accountant

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors in Banking, Finance, Accounting
- Experience of 1 year in a similar position
- International tax experience a plus
- Fine to Good English
- Willing to work hard, energy, enthusiasm, team player
- Initiative, honest, high responsibility and good management skill
- Careful
- Familiar with PC (Microsoft of Word and Excel, Access)
