Division/Department : Finance
Reports to : Finance Controller
Principal Responsibilities:
Execute accounting and reporting activities and support Finance Manager
Duty and responsibilities:
- Support Finance Manager to reconcile and record Premium, commissions, reserves, claim & benefit with Policy Admin system and Actuary report;
- Support Finance Manager to test Policy admin system for new product or change request;
- Conduct payments to customers;
- Reconcile and manage commission list, make sure payment for commission on time and accurate;
- Manage sales contest accrual and make sure the expense are fully recorded ;
- Daily issue invoices to customers;
- Prepare quarterly invoice usage report;
- Prepare adjustment for Group reporting purpose (Non-controlling interest and Equity Pick Up);
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual report to Ministry of Finance on life insurance operation (Solvency, premium..);
- Support Finance Manager prepare Universal Life, Unit Link, Fund split report…;
- Other ad hoc reports by higher level

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor or higher degree in Accounting/Finance or Business;
- Understanding of international and local accounting principles
- 3 years’ experience in finance & accounting
- Member of ACCA or CFA or CPA is plus
- Advanced Excel skills, coordination, problem-solving skill
