Junior Accountant - Ho Chi Minh

What you’ll need
• Prepare regular statutory payments including VAT, all withholding taxes and other tax deductions
• Work closely with third party payroll service provider to prepare monthly payroll
• Check the bank account and to manage all banking including various tax payment at the bank
• Work closing with the external accountant on various tax preparation / filing
• Be in charge of Bank Reconciliation
• Work closely with Procurement Department
• Input accounting entries
• Prepare month-end closing and the generation of financial and management report
• Process employee expenses claims

What you’ll need
• University Degree in Accounting
• 2-3 years relevant working experience in a multinational company
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Chinese speaking is advantages.
• Attention to details with good working attitude and ethics
• Proactive, detail oriented & organized
• Eager to work in small team and fast-paced environment
• A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required.
