Junior Accountant Cum Administration – Junior Level (N.n.)

(Salary up to VND 16,000,000 per month, plus 13th month Salary and bonus)

Accounting tasks
- Check and verify source documents such as invoices, receipts, computer printouts
- Prepare batch payments into online bank accounts for approval.
- Record accounts and do manual journal entries
- Collate and analyze account data and generate financial reports
- Track and maintain inventory records
- Prepare report of accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Other duties as assigned.

Administration tasks
- Assisting General Manager in all related issues
- Answering telephone and transferring the calls to relevant person, handling fax in and out, file record.
- Managing in-coming and out-going mails/parcels effectively to ensure proper distribution
- Supporting/purchasing (stationery goods, office equipment…) and business trip arrangement: air-ticket, hotel booking, transportation and accommodation
- Supervising job of office cleaning staff
- Greeting clients, suppliers, guests, etc…
- Arranging the meeting room, office car, taxi
- Managing all the necessity of Company benefits for staffs (Insurance, meal allowance….)
- Responsible for liaising with tenant and other third parties on office related matters (air conditioner, electricity, lights etc..) to ensure the smooth operation.

- Minimum 3 years of experience
- At least College degree, major in Accounting.
- Essential Skills and Requirements:
- Tax and Accounting knowledge
- Advanced in English and Vietnamese communication
- Accounting software using
- Team working
- Job management skill
- Problem solving skill
- Only vietnamese candidates
- English excellent communications skills including oral, written, and presentation
