Mô tả công việc
• Process all accounting operations including Billing, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition (Germany and Intercompany operations)
• Invoice processing for International Operations (Germany), Prepare service invoices to clients in Germany
• Control incoming invoices for gbc engineers GmbH
• Liaise with vendors or buyers in Germany
• Works with banks and go to authorities for jobs related to accounting and tax.
• Keep information confidential and secure them with random database backups.
• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
• Keep up with accounting & financial policies, regulation and legislation.
• Work with other accounting projects or review data/reports as assigned by the manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor qualified in Finance, Accounting or Economics, or equivalent; Professional Certification; CPA or CMA preferred.
• At least 2 years’ experience in Finance/ Accounting
• Specialized knowledge: Thorough knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures updated regularly according to the Law.
• Skills and Abilities: PC literacy (MS Office, in particular); Excellent at documentation system abilities; Excellent accounting software user. Strong attention to detail and confidentiality; Strong communications skills with Tax Officers.
• Working knowledge of statutory legislation and regulations
• German language skill favourable (at least B2)
