As a Vietnam Site Security Investigator, your responsibility will be included but not limited to:

1. Conduct investigations into allegations of Crime, Security incidents, Misappropriation of Intel assets, Inappropriate Web Site use, freight thefts, incidents and other matters as directed by the regional security manager.
2. Supervise background investigations into new hires program implementation. Supervises Workplace Violence Response program compliancy.
3. Supervise covert operations on site as required.
4. Assess and implement Investigative Programs.
5. Ensure investigations are undertaken in accordance with Corporate Security standards and Policies in accordance with Intel's investigators Code of Conduct (CoC) requirements.
6. Develop and maintains contact with local Law Enforcement Agencies.
7. Make recommendations on security improvements to Site Management.

Minimum Qualification Skills (Must Have Skills):
- Knowledge of criminal law, and surveillance. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases while maintaining the standard of quality required for successful closure/resolution.
- Ability to apply effective interview/interrogation skills along with familiarity with investigative principles, including logical progression, linkage, link analysis, cause and effect and document/evidence protocol.
- Ability to build a working relationships with internal entities/ customers as well as local officials.
- Security investigative and management experience in variety of criminal and civil matters including employee theft, industrial espionage, product counterfeiting, substance abuse, workplace violence prevention, bribes, kickbacks, and other forms of financial fraud, grey market, high jacking and other shipping diversions.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Law enforcement experience is an added advantage.
