- Supply Line Management act as Direct Materials / Spares point of contact for factory and responsible for material supply line performance in the factory.
- Understand factory/division requirements to ensure sufficient Direct Materials procurement to support High Volume Manufacturing / New Product Introduction activity.
- Ensure driving upstream demand requirement including New Product Introduction to supplier operation to meet customers' volume expectations.
- Proactively align among Global Supply Management - Supply Line Manager team to stay ahead of factory need.
- Lead in high cadence and complex problem solving.
- Lead factory New Product Introduction / New Technology Introduction readiness.
- Accountable for uninterrupted supply.
- Be able to play a role as Direct Materials / Spare Supply Line Manager and support Assembly and Test Manufacturing to meet best in class cost per unit.
- Also channel on any of Assembly and Test Manufacturing request to right stakeholders.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Possess a bachelor or master degree in any related business administration, engineering or science, or at least four years working experience in high volume manufacturing and/or development fields. Other qualification includes:
- Lead in high cadence and complex problem solving. Knowledge of MBPS is an advantage.
- Be the content expert in Direct Materials / Spare Supply Chain and basic product knowledge. Be familiar with all the systems eg. SAP system, Wiings and etc.
- Understand factory long and short term demand requirement. Strong on supply demand analysis to avoid any mfg. impact.
- Strong people interactions with soft skills proven ability to influence, set goal and lead the discussion with stakeholder to achieve best result .
- Strong collaborator, verbal and written communication skills including upward communication and presentation skills.
