- As a Site Logistics Business Development Manager in Global Logistics Operations (GLO) organization you will be handling projects / initiatives of moderate scope and/or high complexity.
- Lead the project teams and be key interface to the project or contributors.
- Work on or delegate, as appropriate, problems/tasks in delivery of specific objectives or general goals.
- Develop solutions to problems by exercising judgment and discretion. Creates/tracks/adjusts the project or program schedule.
- Assess risks and identifies issues and solutions to timely and efficiently achieve program goals or project objectives while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor progress against schedule and determines and takes remedial action as appropriate.
- Plan and schedule work ensure the completion of intermediate milestones and overall project or program in timely manner.

This position will report into Assembly and Test Manufacturing Logistics (ATML) team within the Global Logistics Operations (GLO) org. In this individual contributor position, you will be responsible for managing complex & critical programs / projects or supply chain initiatives directly supporting Intel Vietnam and the broader ATML organization across Virtual Factory. Typical assignments may range from driving strategic logistics investments to leading specific task force focused on high impact near term deliverables to supporting people development initiatives. You will be partnering with the site logistics manager and other groups to deliver timely supply chain solutions in transportation, warehousing, technology and allied areas. To enable GLO's 4PL vision, this position is expected to help transform Vietnam operations to more mature 4PL operating model in partnership with our extended supplier base. Additionally, this position will be mentoring and nurturing our talent in supplementing the site logistics manager in ensuring healthy competency levels for the organization. In this position, you will be leveraging your strong 4PL expertise together with Intel supply chain experience and network to help Vietnam site reach exemplary levels in supporting the factories and our customers in efficient and self-sustained manner.

- You should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Management and/or Economy and/or Supply Chain and/or Finance with at least ten years experience in Logistics/Supply Chain fields. An M.B.A. is preferred.
- Deep hands-on experience in Logistics 4PL services and Logistics 4PL service provider performance management. Candidates with APICS certifications are preferred.
- Strong Leadership and People skills, with advanced Situational Leadership practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both in oral or written, English and Vietnamese.
- Intermediate Project Management skills.
- Prior experience in managing virtual / multi-cultural workforce will add advantage.
