- As a manager, set priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance.
- Responsible for the managing the development, coordination, implementation and/or administration of internal communication projects, programs and/or events within and between corporate business groups.
- Collaborates with clients to set strategic direction of communications in support of corporate and divisional objectives.
- Assists business group managers in crafting and communicating clear messages.
- Reviews materials intended for internal release to ensure that they represent the best interests of the company, stockholders and employees and are consistent with established company public relations objectives and policies.
- May oversee the design, writing and dissemination of employee newsletters, in-house publications and opinion surveys.
- May supervise the planning, organizing and publicizing of Business Update Meetings, open forums, award ceremonies, employee functions and celebrations, may consult with senior managers and local public officials regarding applicable logistics.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- BA/ BS degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relation or related field.
- Passionate and ability to construct succinct, concise and consistent communications.
- Stakeholder management and people-orientation.
- Adaptability to work under tight deadline individually/ collectively.
- Outstanding communications in both English and Vietnamese language.
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills as well as the journalistic ability to source stories from employees.
- Creativity in creating effective communications materials for targeted groups of employees.
- Good design skill, basic video editing skill.
