* Productivity Industrial Engineer
• Own equipment capacity and equipment performance risk management.
• Expert in equipment metrics and productivity measurement using time studies, direct observation and statistical analyses.
• Define strategies for optimal productivity and efficiency: influence equipment configurations, layout, labor, dedication/ fungibility/ qualification strategies to enable factory ramp and sustaining.
• Partner with Engineering departments and Intel factory network to ensure equipment meeting Critical Success Indicators (CSIs), close gaps and drive improvements for cost avoidance & supporting customer demand.
• Lead equipment-level what-if analyses with quick response and actionable recommendations to support key business decisions.

* Capital Industrial Engineer
• Manage tool inventory system by loading new forecasts, update any changes and ensure data integrity.
• Manage capital budget and procurement machine in system. Coordinate with Supply Chain and Logistic group to resolve problems causing machine delivery delay.
• Work with related stakeholders of logistic and finance team for machine inbound and outbound. Coordinate with partners from Site and other Intel factories to transfer machine for re-use purpose.
• Work with Construction team, Module team, and follow up with them for machine installation project. Update machine up to production on time for capacity analysis.

* Capacity Industrial Engineer
• Optimize factory capacity in tactical horizon to support customer demand of each products while minimizing cost of machine and collateral purchase.
• Define strategy to support products ramp up and ramp down efficiency through cost effectiveness and tool conversion.
• Figure out solution to solve capacity shortage to support customer request through collaboration with factory stakeholders. Allocate and propose schedule for all engineering and design of experiment activities of factory.
• Perform different What-if scenarios on capacity impact of each product when input parameters have changed and provide results for higher manager to make decision. Work on recovery plan for capacity shortage due to data inputs degradation.

• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant fields. Work experience in productivity improvement is preferred.
• Fluent in English both verbal and oral communication.
• Ability to work in a fast changing environment and perform within a team.
• Strong statistical and problem solving skills.
• Strong planning, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Have a Lean mindset to standardize and continuously drive for productivity and efficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. VBA Macro programming is an advantage.
