Research, advise and draft legal memo on the Vietnamese laws; translation of documents in English language.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
3+ years experience in law practice since graduation of the University of Law (LLB); completion of the training program at Vietnam Judicial Academy with admission to the bar in Vietnam; prior experience handling Korean clients preferred; experience in general corporate laws, regulatory matters and corporate finance practice preferred; should be able to read and understand English documents; proficiency in speaking English preferred; ability to work punctually in a high demand environment.
