Jr Analyst Accounting (Temp 11 Months)

1. AP for Import
• Obtain AP documents from Import-Export team
• Obtain freight charges from third party
• Do payment process for custom duty, freight charges
• Control and store AP in SAP system
• Controlling and archiving the documents according to the bank's payment schedule by day, week, month.
• Provide AP balance and records as required (management, taxation, auditing).
2. AP for Interco
• Obtain AP documents from Logistic
• Control and store AP in SAP system
• Controlling and archiving the documents according to the bank's payment schedule by day, week, month.
• Use other tools to post accrual, actual Interco entries such as ICWF, GLSU
• Control to avoid mismatches between Interco companies.
3. Other
• Reconcile balance GL via Blackline tool
• Calculate and supply WHT for Importing, Interco
• Prepare Monthly VAT
• Monitor and manage the storage of VAT invoices, Import-Export collections.
• Provided accounting document for others department as Manager’s requirement.
• Control posting payroll monthly and reconcile GL payroll, SU,HI….

• University degree (bachelor)
• Business degree in accounting/finance preferred
Proficiency in MS Office, including the ability to operate computerized accounting and spreadsheet programs
• English language fluency
• Familiarity with accounting programs and software
• Basic understanding of principles of finance, bookkeeping and accounting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interface effectively with stakeholders
• Process Improvement mindset with experience in defining finance processes and controls
• Ability to work effectively with multiple deadlines and competing priorities
• communication skills - both upward and downward
• Managerial courage, holding self/others accountable and developing & motivating others
