Mô tả công việc
1. Functions:
• Supervising & controlling the Jigs, Templates & Moulds section
• Checking all jigs, templates & mould before releasing to production
• Supporting technical manager in giving solution to production
• Cooperating with supervisor in production to improve processing
• Getting feedback information and update to Jigs, Templates & Moulds
• Supporting technical manager in technical standard applied in production
• Training new staffs
2. Report to: Technical manager
3. Responsibilities and Duties:
• Checking the furniture drawing done by Wood carcass & Hardware team
• Making plan & method to prepapre the Jigs, Templates & Moulds base on discuss with production supervisors
• Supervising the Jigs, Templates & Moulds team
• Checking all jigs, templates & moulds (glass, wood, brass, iron, stainless steel, marble…) before releasing to production
• Check the moulds in first press to see the precision then confirm adjustment if any.
• Getting feedback from production and update it into Jig, mould, template & drawing ensuring that all mistakes will not be happened in next time & same cases.
• Giving information to production when the product is in line timely & accurately to base on cooperation.
• Supporting to give solutions to potential issues in production
• Supporting to compose some processing in Technical dept.
• Check the moulds in first press to see the precision then confirm adjustment if any.
• Performing some certain works assigned by Production or Operations Director
4. Key Performance Indicators:
• On time delivery 100%, make sure jigs, moulds, templates ready for use follow production schedule
• Giving technical solution within 24 hours since the time of receiving feedback from production.
• Keep the team performance as a production supervisor

• SOP-TEC-002-Master Sample Handover
• SOP-TEC-004- Controlling Production Drawing Procedure
• SOP-TEC-005- Making & Controlling Jig, template, mould Procedure
• SOP-TEC-006-Tech-pack making Procedure
• Supervising & controlling the Jigs, Templates & Moulds section

• Education/Specialization: University/College of Technology
• Experience:
- At least 2 years in producing exported interior furniture
- At least 2 years in wood processing technology
• Capacity, manner
- Positive, dynamic, creative
- Organizing, managing ability
- Ability of anticipating and solving potential problems
- Good communication
• Skills
- Basic English communication
- Communicating, persuading skill
- Computer literate, Autocad skill
• Other requirements
- Male
- Inventor operation skill
