*** JOB DESCRIPTION
• Work with Product Managers and Customer Support to review business requirements, develop solutions and support our technology stack
• Ability to mentor junior developers on current development processes and methodologies
• Write clean, modular, robust code to implement the desired requirements with little or no supervision
• Work with the other team members to triage and fix bugs with rapid turnaround
• Produce technical documentation
• Provide on call support (rotation basis) during US business working hours
• Active participation in meetings with executives and customers in the US

• You’ll be invited to one online coding exercise and one on-site interview with us
• Our trial period is 2 months

*** YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• 1+ years Java development experience
• Bachelor or graduate degree in Computer Science or related technical fields
• Experience with Google App Engine, NoSQL, GWT, Javascript, CSS, Bootstrap
• Experience in building high performance, highly scalable, multi-tenant SaaS based applications highly desirable
• Our proprietary technology stack is large so you’ll need to be a fast learner
• Courageous: we rely heavily on innovation to leverage our development efforts so you’ll need to have enough courage to do new things and tackle the impossible
• Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to multitask effectively
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively
• Ability to work extra hours and adjust your schedule when needed
• Technical Writing skills is a plus
