Japanese Translator and Administration Work/ 通訳、兼人事総務業務 (New Established Company)

1) 内日本人駐在員とローカル従業員間の通訳業務
2) 日本親会社からの出張者の製品製造技術／モノづくり管理指導時の通訳、指導文書の翻訳業務。
3) 人事総務関連一般業務
- Participate in meetings in Japanese, takes notes, and prepares documents,
- Understand and interpret, explain with engineers about the content of the meeting.
- Interpretation and translation of training materials in the production / technology management process or product manufacturing for Japanese parent companies visitors during the trip. Translate documents (e-mails, document, training material, technical specifications, minutes of meeting etc.) from Japanese language to Vietnamese and vice versa.
- Interpreter / support Japanese experts in exchanging daily work with Vietnamese staff / workers
- Other tasks assigned by the manager

*** Job requirements／仕事の依頼
1) 日本語翻訳専門大学卒業
2) 日本語検定1級（日本語能力次第では2級でも可）
3) 新卒者の受け入れとトレーニング
4) 日本への派遣経験があると望ましい。
5) 秘書業務経験があると望ましい。
6) 高いチームワーク。
7) オフィススキル（words、エクセル、パワーポイント…）
8) 勤務時間は11月1日から始まります。

- Graduated from university specialized in Japanese translation
- Japanese Language: Level N1 (or N2 depending on Japanese language ability)
- Knowing English is an advantage
- Excellent communication skill, fast learner and easy to adapt with multi-culture working space
- Accepting new graduates and training
- Priority is given to experienced candidates at Japanese manufacturing company
- High team work spirit.
- Good office skill (words, excel, power point ….)
- Vietnamese/Permanent residents ONLY
- Working time starts from November 1st
