<Job Responsibilities>
- Budget management of administrative expenses and consumables and maintenance management of headquarters and stores
- Recruitment plan formulation and promotion and human resource development plan formulation and promotion
- Proper operation of personnel evaluation and personal master management
- Management, revision and calculation of salary and bonus.
- Welfare maintenance and operating expenses, tax payment procedure
- Interaction with, and linkage with accounting and legal departments that are outsourcing companies
- Attend the meeting with Client/Partner/Consultant when required
- Interpreter when when Japanese director is needed
- Other tasks assigned by Japanese director
- Working hour: 8:30-17:30 (Monday - Saturday)

- Gender : Female prefer
- Japanese skill : Business level
- English skill : Conversational level
- More than 5 years experiences as GA, HR and related position in any industry
- Legal and labor management knowledge
- Having knowledge of Japanese culture
- Person who can work in Dong Nai (Their office will move to Dong Nai because they will establish new factory. Now is rental office)
**After probation, they plan to go to Japan for training in 7-10 days
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Working experiences in Japanese food related company
- Working experiences in factory (Manufacturing)
- Person who likes the company
- Age : 28 - 35
