Mô tả công việc
- Accurately translate verbally at official meetings, working sessions
- Accurately translate documents from Vietnamese into Japanese or English and vice versa
- Arrange the meeting, conference, teleconference; organizing, preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes, transmit the BOD’s direction and expectations in writing to involved departments
- Drafting clear, accurate, correspondence, presentation, remarks, reports and other documents from brief instructions
- Providing secretarial and administrative support to Vice President in daily operation
- Prepare and/or joint in business schedules for BOD’s business trips
- Other tasks shall be assigned by BOD

- Bachelor’s degree, collage degree
- Have a least 2 years working experiences
- Good in English or Japanese (JLPT N2 above)
- Fair in MS Office
- Have interpersonal abilities and be able to react quickly
- Be able to work under pressure and good cooperation
- Careful, dynamic, hard-working, self-confident
- Have a least 2 years working experiences
- Good in English or Japanese (JLPT N2 above)
