- Assist Japanese General Manager to translate and interpreting in company events and meetings.
- Assist daily activities; involve in ad-hoc projects/assignments
- Maintain schedules and calendars, business trip arrangements
- Organize meeting and take meeting minutes
- Arrange external and internal appointments, meetings, conferences and travel plan; prepare necessary meeting materials
- Other duties as assigned

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Female (23 – 30)
- University graduated
- At least 01 year of experience at similar position
- Good command of English and Japanese (N1)
- Good at Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Good Communication and Problem-solving skills.
- Careful and accurate, well organized, sociable and approachable.
