JOB ROLES:
- Work with Japan and other overseas teams to support the Project Managers on deploying projects as communicator/interpreter.
- Receive customers’ inquiries and refer the issues to the IT team
- Improve enterprise interpretation/translation process management.
- Make suggestions to increase efficiency and quality of company’s commercial website
- Translate the document into Japanese, English or Vietnamese.
- Translate non-technical materials and emails from Japanese to Vietnamese and vice versa
- The other tasks are assigned by manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
A. REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent Japanese communication skills (reading, speaking, writing) with JPLT N2 and above (accept JPLT N3 if have good communication skills)
- Basic English reading and writing skills
- Highly responsible and careful in handling work
- Interested in IT and wish to learn more about IT ( Pixta VN will prove on the job training for non-IT candidates)
Nice to have:
- Prior work experience as Japanese communicator
- Experience in translating Japanese materials to Vietnamese and vice versa
