Mô tả công việc
1. Focus on accounts and territory assignment.
2. Manage revenue extraction thru capture and renewals maintenance contracts, T&M and integration.
3. Generate service lead, and manage opportunities from the assigned accounts
4. Manage front sales cycle for the new and existing offers - includes purchase & order management, sales receivable management & offer execution.
5. Collect competitor activity, market info’s. Provide strategic insight and solution to leadership team to develop new offers, new policy and/ or sales adjustment in monthly basis.
6. To cultivate commercially productive account relationships with designated accounts. These relationships should balance customer and shareholder business requirements.
7. To play key role in driving the sales quota/ target at the assigned territory.
8. To contribute & support sales team to deliver services. EURO annually (complied CCOGM%, terms & conditions)
9. To Generate Service pipeline and contribute Order annually
10. To ensure response on-time from process with satisfaction of related parties (internal & external groups).
11. To ensure utilization rate (time to focus on customer and project), max. 20% time is paper works.
12. To manage revenue extraction initiatives from the account thru capture and renewals of maintenance contracts
13. To manage the life cycle revenue extraction opportunities from the account
14. To manage the front sales cycle in the account for new and existing offers - includes Quotation/ purchasing/ order, sales receivable management and offer
execution coordination.
15. To follow, and align with the Sales policies, process, regulation, and culture to enhance sales performance with high integrity
16. To report timely, & accurately the sales figure & activities upon yearly, quarterly, monthly, weekly & daily basis.
17. To manage/ update sales pipeline constantly, and precisely.
18. To collect competitor activity info from the account and share with management & related people (i.e.: new product offer, pricing corrections…).
19. To manage battery and consumable related revenue streams from the account.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1/ University Degree in IT Engineering or Business Administration
2/ Minimum 05 years sales experience, knowledge & profundity in IT or related IT industry. To be efficient and adaptable worker with good all-round sales motivation & skill set.
3/ Comprehensive understanding about IT, Data Center and physical infrastructure
business. Being familiar with SMB, BKFM market is advantageous.
4/ Multi-rapport management at mid & CXO levels.
5/ Basic competences in technical, trading T&Cs, benchmarks of IT service solution.
6/ Familiarity with working process and functions of service, and related supporting parties (department)
7/ Good and fluent in both spoken and written English, persuasive-selling, negotiation, interpersonal,
customer satisfaction, time-management skill set is a must.
2/ Minimum 05 years sales experience, knowledge & profundity in IT or related IT industry. To be efficient and adaptable worker with good all-round sales motivation & skill set.
