Mô tả công việc
Installing hardware and software systems
• Maintaining or repairing equipment
• Troubleshooting a variety of computer issues
• Setting up computer security measures
• Configuring computer networks, both WIFI and LAN/WAN networks.
• Develop, improve open platform Moodle site and manage site access control
• Work with other departments for insertion/update web content
• Monitor and analyze site traffic to KWVN and Pegasus Websites
• Offering technical support on-site or via phone or email to other campuses.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Work experience in information security management, and/or service management
• Candidates must be highly analytical and effectively able to troubleshoot and prioritize needs, requirements and other issues
• Aside from technical skills, prospective candidates should have can-do attitude, customer oriented, good communications, teamwork
