Report to: IT Manager
Area of Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to end – users (in HCM Office and Hai Phong)
• Installing and configuring & maintenance, managing IT devices.
• Maintain daily communication with users of the computer systems
• In charge of security for internal data storage system, manage backup data.
• Troubleshooting system, network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults (email, basic apps, etc..)
• Monitor, review network performance on regular basis.
• Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet division workload responsible for analyzing and resolving work problems or assists team members in resolving problem
• Plans and Administers all activities relating to the management of IT assets (hardware and software)
• Planning future improvements, suggesting IT upgrade solutions to Manager.
• Providing support, including others documentary.
• Other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge and Qualifications:
• Fresh to 2 years of experience in IT which includes proven experience in computer/server/switch networking, Security and database management
• Strong English communication.
• Strong customer facing experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree, in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of LAN/WAN/ network infrastructure, computer software and hardware
• Good knowledge of OS windows 10 and 7, Microsoft Office 365 (deployment by SCCM)
• Good problem solving
• The ability to interact across all levels of an organization and across a global environment.
• Enthusiasm and responsibility in work.
• Living in District 4,7, Nha Be district or some places near Tan Thuan Zone is a plus.
• Able to start immediately
