In an international production environment, you will collaborate with the various technical teams, the general tasks are as follows:
- Day to day management and support of our customers (mainly European).
- Follow incidents resolution and escalate when necessary.
- Execute daily checks for customers following procedures.
- Ensure good team spirit within team you will manage.
Work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM until 5:00 PM.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Requirements:
• 2-3 working year experience as IT technician/HelpDesk support.
• English level: good at written and speaking. French is mandatory.
