Mô tả công việc
- Monitoring and administrating the network transactions, protocols between customers and suppliers
- Setup and build the new partner connections
- Troubleshoot and coordinate client "root cause" issue resolution as identified by system generated alarms or system users
- Incident handling based on ITIL process, including: Incident Management, Event Management, Access Management, Request Fulfillment, Problem Management
- Handling requests released via JIRA and ticket tool
- Runs tests, implements, and maintains EDI transaction

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in IT support
- Knowledge of any Unix/Linux operating system
- Knowledge with messaging protocols: OFTP2, AS2, SFTP, FTPS, HTTPs
- Good understanding of file exchange protocols
- Experience with Incident management, Change & Problem Management
- Experience in IT Helpdesk with ticket system handling
- Have experience in working with EDI system will be added advantage
- Hands-on monitoring tools will be added advantage ( Splunk, Zabbix, Net-IQ )
- Flexible to work under pressure and ability to be precise in communication are must
- Good written and oral communication in English
