IT System Engineer

• Understand business strategic direction, End to End customer’s journey, business challenges and new technology solutions. Able to define the proper digital technology solutions match with business requirements
• Manage business expectation and keep business aligned to business requirement and regional policy
• Lead the IT function, Implementation and control IT policies/standards, Enterprise Architecture
• Handling system issues
- Work with global associates to fix periodic problems with the systems.
- Work with global associates to ensure networks are running correctly.
• System maintenance
- Work with global assosicates and implement preventative maintenance programmes for all IT systems
- Ensure all software is up to date
- Analyse systems and downtime to create action plans that minimise system downtime.
- Work with maintenance to minimise controller failures.
• Calibration
- Ensure all systems are calibrated.
- Work with global team to ensure correct calibration the systems
• Help desk to endusers by coaching, installation, trouble shooting etc
• Other tasks assigned by line manager

- University graduate – preferably information technology.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Well understand network and interfaces in manufacturing.
- Good analytical skill.
- Ability to manage and prioritize own workload.
- Ability to demand quality every time
