IT System & Network Administrator

Working time:
8 hours/day, Monday to Friday: 1:10pm – 09:50pm

Responsibility
We are looking for a trustworthy, reliable and motivated IT System Administrator to support our expanding business in Ho Chi Minh City.
On this position, you will play an important role in supporting our business operations by ensuring that all networks and systems are available at all times and any incidents and support requests are handled quickly and comprehensively.
With respect to existing and new business requirements, you will support the further development of our systems by providing expertise and implementing improvements to increase security and reliability.
An important aspect of your role will be development, documentation and supervision of compliance with existing and future IT policies and security regulations.
You will work under direct supervision of our IT Manager and be guided by IT Operations in our group headquarter in Hildesheim, Germany.
Tasks
• Setup, monitoring and troubleshooting of Windows and Linux based server systems
• Setup, monitoring and troubleshooting of Network, Firewall, Virtualization system
• Setup, maintenance and monitoring of IT infrastructure
• Support for all kinds of IT related issues reported by users
• Enforcement of IT policy and data security regulation compliance through technical and organizational measures
• Design and independent implementation and operation of new IT Systems
• Manage IT assets, Server room and update equipment status.
• Other tasks assigned by IT Manager.

• At least 2 years of experience
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Strong background in administration of MS Windows Domain networks (MCSA, MCSE CCNA, CCNP, LPI, VCP …)
• Have experiences in Active directory, DHCP, DNS, Small Business Solution (SBS), WSUS, Mail Servers (Exchange, Zimbra, Postfix,..), Fortinet firewall, VPN
• Operating system: Windows XP/7, Windows server 2003/2008/2012, Ubuntu, CentOS ,..
• Proficiency in TCP/IP network administration (Cisco Career Certifications are an advantage)
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMWare ESX), Backup EXEC, Nagios, squid proxy, ticket system, Spiceworks, NAS, EMC SAN
• Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, AutoIT , etc.)
Advantages:

Languages:
• Fluent in written and spoken Vietnamese (native preferred) and English
