JOB BRIEF
• Responsible for managing servers and network infrastructures.
• System Administrator responsibilities include supervising the Operations team, monitoring system performance and configuring new software and hardware.
RESPONSIBILITY
• Configure internal systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
• Supervise the Operations team
• Upgrade the network infrastructure
• Install servers, devices and firewalls
• Train new system users and set up their accounts
• Monitor the performance of servers, software and hardware
• Ensure the smooth deployment of new applications
• Update technical documentation

REQUIREMENTS
• 2+ Years of experience in a Linux/Windows mixed computing environment.
• 2+ Years of experience with routers/switches/firewalls/VPN.
• Experience with Cloud services
• Performance and Monitoring – Manage all performance monitoring systems with alerting
• Active Directory, LDAP, Group Policy
• Maintain and manage backups
• Update and manage documentation
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to communicate in English
