IT System Administration Supervisor

Job Summary
• To assist the IT Operations Manager in managing the Company’s IT infrastructures and its operations to ensure the entire company’s IT environment and business applications can always function properly and securely.
• Deliver a high quality of services to enhance the function of infrastructures, operation and meet internal customer’s expectations.
• Respond to investigate IT issues and provide solution in timely manner to be ready for reporting to Manager.
• Coordinate with other team to accomplish business requirement.
• Prepare documentation and reports including but not limited to manuals, test guides, project plans and work breakdowns.
• Work in partnership with internal and/or external stakeholders to design, manage, test and seek agreement on development systems solutions to meet the needs of the business.
• Develop and suggest the recommendations for supporting implementation and continuous improvement to the team and department.
• Another task will be assigned.

Key Accountabilities
• Enhance daily IT operations.
• Lead and coordinate the troubleshooting process.
• Find opportunities for further optimize the IT infrastructure and operations.
• Execute the strategic and midterm plans of IT.
• Enhance Back up for System Administrators in critical technology areas.
• Review and verification of technical documents created by the BA team.
• IT Infrastructure monitoring and reporting.

Job Specification / Possible Profile
(Please specify minimum qualifications of the person who can work for the position effectively)
• University degree in Computer discipline, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Good knowledge and over 5 years experience in IT infrastructures, operations or technical support environment.
• An ability to be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally to a wide range of people at all levels including communicating complex technical issues
• Medium English skills (Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing).
• Personal integrity, able to work to deadlines and under pressure.
