- Maintain PC, laptop, interactive whiteboard system to make sure they are working stably.
- Setup and maintain IT infrastructure (telephone, LAN, wifi, sharing devices…)
- Install and maintain teaching softwares on PCs in the classroom
- Resolve all IT issues in the school
- Capture all the feedbacks on the teaching software from teachers and report to Software Development Team.
- Other tasks assigned by Manager

- Bachelor of IT (System)
- Knowledge/background on hardware and software
- Knowledge/background on Windows OS
- Knowledge on LAN, Share File System
- Good at analytical and problem solving skills

- Co-operative, careful, meticulous, patient
