Job Description:
• Handle all incoming user support and escalate accordingly via SAManage Platform
• Capable of setting up new workstations and replacements which may require lifting 20 lbs or more
• Capable of assisting users with Backup and Restore.
• Assist users with various software installation, updates and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in supporting GSuite, Microsoft O365 products, Adobe, Jira, CRM.
• Manage office phone lines and VOIP, as applicable
• Maintaining software and hardware assets through internal systems.
• Understanding of Local Area Network with basic configuration knowledge.
• Update all IT documentation as advised by supervisor. Management of inventory and refurbishment procedures.
• Perform special projects as assigned by supervisor.
• Perform onboarding procedures per company standards for new staff
• On-call rotation required for after-hours emergency supports.
• Correct management of billing and invoices with Finance team.
• Strong desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.

• Minimum of 2-year experience in a position related to IT Support
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Proven to work independently and capable of working in a team environment
• Experience in working with ticketing systems
• Proficient in supporting Windows 10 environment and mobile devices (iOS / Android)
• Previous experience working in a desktop support environment
• Functional knowledge of LAN protocols.
